TO EXCHANGE & RESTOCK AN ITEM:
A re-stocking fee plus shipping costs apply to fit return or exchange.
RUTT has a 10-day return and exchange policy on all merchandise, without prior approval.
To prevent incurring additional shipping charges, use our measurement charts, to be sure that you have selected the correct size. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, if you have chosen the wrong size.
You can include a pre-paid shipping return label, inside of the return package or pay for the shipping return here. Either will ensure that we can return the corrected size to you quickly. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you get it right the first time.
Your RUTT order will ship within 48 hours, M-F, before 1:00 PM US MT.
We usually ship FEDEX Ground or 2nd Day, depending on FedEx guidelines per location, within the USA.

WARRANTY
Please review the information below to determine a warranty claim.
RUTT warranties its products for 10 days, from receipt date to the original purchaser, to be free from major defects in material or workmanship, if purchased from www.ruttmogulpants.com or from a Team order.
Warranty Limitations:
– Warranty is valid when the product is used for normal skiing activities.
– Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear & tear.
– Warranty is voided if any unauthorized repair or modification is made to the product.
– Warranty determinations may require a physical inspection. See instructions below.
Return or Exchange:
– Please clarify in an email any issue that needs to be addressed.
– Please identify any defect, it’s located on the product and how this occurred.
– Include photo documentation for quick resolution.
– Please clarify if you purchased your product from the website or on a team order.
– Send your email, with photos to trisha@ruttmogulpants.com.
Evaluation: Our team may find the issue to be within the definition of a warranty claim and proceed with the return process. In the rare case the documentation provided is inconclusive, you may be asked to send the product to RUTT for a physical warranty claim verification, to confirm or approve a replacement or refund. A physical inspection may be needed to verify that the damage is a blemished or product failure due to flawed construction or composition. Warranties do not include damage due to failure to care for a product which is susceptible to an active winter sports environment.
Replacement: After the warranty claim is verified and approved RUTT will replace or return the product to you. We’re sorry for any inconvenience you may experience through the process. Email us if you have any questions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your RUTT order will ship weekdays only. Our shipping system tries to find the best rate and method through FedEx Ground or Express based on each location. Shipping rates can vary, per region.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA:
Monday – Friday to most countries, including: Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Russian Federation, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
*Duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) for each country, are our customers responsible.
